Getting Started

1. Firstly you'll need to book your initial consultation with us. One of our friendly team members will assist in finding you the best day and time to come in.  
2. On the day of your initial appointment, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early as there will be a little bit of paperwork to fill out. This will also give you ample time to sit back and relax prior to your consultation.
3. As part of your initial visit, one of our expert skin consultants will sit down with you to understand and discuss your skin goals and what you want to achieve. And, at Port Medical Aesthetic Clinic, your health and wellbeing is of the utmost importance to us, so it's here we'll also have a chat about your medical history as well.
4. Based on your consultation, we'll then put together a personalised and tailored plan to meet your skin expectations – it's that simple.
